• Active Proposals Per Wallet: 3 maximum

• Proposal Draft Time: 24 hours
• Proposal Vote Duration: 14 days
• Measure Vote Time: 10 days (within voting period)
• Token Locking Period: 24 hours
• Time to Act on Passed Measure: Up to 180 days
• Vote Cooldown: 1 hour
• Vote Transaction Time Window: 1 hour
• Create Proposal Transaction Window: 1 hour
