How can I stake ADA using Gero Dashboard?
Navigate to the Staking page in Gero Dashboard, select a staking pool, and delegate your ADA.
You’ll earn rewards based on the pool’s performance and can monitor them directly in the wallet.

Are there any fees associated with staking?
Standard Cardano network fees apply when delegating, but GeroWallet itself does not charge extra for staking. Make sure to keep enough ADA in your wallet to cover these minimal fees.

Does GeroWallet support NFTs?
Absolutely. GeroWallet can store and display Cardano-based non-fungible tokens (NFTs). You can view your NFT collection within the wallet’s NFT section, play your NFT with our media player, send or receive NFTs, and track them alongside your other Cardano assets.
Are there fees associated with using GeroWallet?

What are my recovery options if I lose access to my computer or browser extension?
Use your secret recovery phrase (seed phrase) to restore the wallet on any supported browser or device.
If you forget your wallet password, you must restore from the seed phrase.
Make sure to keep it in a secure, offline location, and remember GeroWallet will never restore your password and your seed phrase.
Can I lose all the money I invest in cryptoassets?
Yes. Cryptoassets are highly volatile, and their value can drop rapidly. Always be prepared for the possibility of losing your entire investment.
Is the crypto market regulated?
The crypto market is largely unregulated, meaning there is higher exposure to risks like cyber-attacks, financial crime, and platform failures. Always stay vigilant and only use reputable platforms.
Am I protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
No. FSCS does not cover cryptoasset investments because they are not classified as a ‘specified investment.’ As a result, if something goes wrong, you should not expect compensation from FSCS.
What if I have complaints about poor investment performance?
The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) typically does not address complaints related to poor cryptoasset investment performance. If you have concerns about a regulated firm, you may contact FOS; otherwise, FOS protection may not apply.
Will I always be able to sell my crypto assets when I want?
There is no guarantee of liquidity in crypto markets. The ability to sell depends on market demand, technology stability, and other operational factors. Downtime or cyberattacks can delay or prevent timely transactions.
Are cryptoasset investments complex?

Should I invest all my money in crypto assets?
